25 November 2023 at 16:59Had lots of help from the very knowledgeable and charming Trisha. She made suggestions and recommended offers, but I never felt pressured. I went for Spirit of Muscat as I wanted something distinctive to smell when studying /taking exams to assist with memory recall. Trisha completely understood my requirements – customer service top notch 👌🏼
I would suggest spraying them on yourself and then walking around for at least 30mins to let the scent develop. Some of the fragrances didn’t appeal to me immediately but by the time I got in the car I absolutely loved them.
Will definitely be back for more fragrances. 100% recommend

BUT the in-shop tester is much higher quality and strength and you’ll buy the product thinking it’s the same but the bottle for sales are absolutely not the same quality as the concentration of the tester in shop. Disappointed but atleast won’t buy from this brand again!

Not only were they able to assist me quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. They were patient, friendly, and really took the time to understand what sort of fragrance I was after.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. They truly care about their customers and it shows in the way they handle every interaction.

8 September 2020 at 14:26I would highly recommend this place for gifts and perfumes. I bought the the Leyla perfume I’m absolutely obsessed with it. The customer service provided was outstanding. I was served by a young man who was able to assist me with my options. They have many options which are suitable for all. Lovely experience!
