    Sorry but is this how you pack something for gift packaging? The person serving didn’t look like he cared how he packed and just shoved everything in the bag. I’m paying £60 for 3 candles, you can expect some sort of care and service.

    Bought the Night in Paris perfume-the sales assistant (who was polite and friendly) insisted it was their best seller and that it has the highest oud concentration out of all their fragrances and so would therefore be long lasting. However, it’s a nice scent, but the perfume isn’t long-lasting, or projecting at all. I can only smell it if I hold my clothes up to my nose, but I shouldn’t have to do that.

    Amazing staff, as my product was used and no Recipet I didn’t ask for a refund or exchange I just gave some feedback and the manager of Stratford Shajid, rabia and tamannah I believe , they’re were really nice and understanding and helpful and even the manager offered me a brand new candle, he trusted me and apologised for the inconvenience. I really appreciated this, love the staff!

    Ordered online and my gift set just came absolutely smashed up and I emailed them about it and they said they will come with a response but they never did ,and I kept emailing them asking about the solution and they kept ignoring my emails
