From the moment I stepped into WNGZ, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was great. The service was exceptional; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was flawless. And let’s talk about the food. it was outstanding. Each wing was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavour. i had the bbq and garlic flavour tenders and every bite was a taste sensation. Whether you’re a wing expert or just looking for a fantastic meal in a lively setting, WNGZ Shop is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience.

First time visiting and I did not expect the food to be that good !! I tried the Loaded Tower burger and sweet potato chips, I love potatoes so the hashbrown in the burger was great. The chicken fillet was crispy and not dry, overall good burger! Some of the sweet potato chips were slightly burnt but the chips that weren’t were good!

Customer service was amazing, all the staff were great, lively and seemed to have genuine passion with what they were doing. Person at the till was friendly and welcoming, like a friend you’ve known for years. They also offer student discount.

Yes, it is cold inside but it’s Winter now, and I believe they are in the middle of fixing the heating issue, the cold didn’t bother me much as I was too busy enjoying the food! You can tell the staff genuinely do care about the customers, as I saw other customers either changing their order or if there was a mistake etc staff always helped out.

The wait for my order was long but worth it. There were lots of customers and not many cooks so it’s understandable that orders would take longer. If they are able to expand the store one day I think that would be a great addition, more seating and hopefully more staff = quicker orders.
