I ordered on Uber eats two bear feasts which includes 10 pieces of chicken. Every piece of chicken was undercooked and pink. There’s a possibility it might have been spoilt. It’s a shame how your workers can ruin your business. When I called to complain It just felt like there was no remorse or surprise. Although they offered a replacement which I heavily declined I will never order from them again. The quality seems like it’s tremendously dropped since they last opened. I will be making a formal complaint to Uber eat if I fall sick because I unknowingly ate some of the chicken in the order before I realised it was inedible.

Deep frier oil needs to be changed fries tasted greasy and old.
Literally had stains all over my packaging disgusting as if been reused or stored in a dirty place in the kitchen. Ketchup on my box meal lid when the ketchup was only present in the burger just a hot mess.
The lettuce in my wrap was wet and old did not taste fresh tasted like it had been sat there for days

Food was tasty, nothing extraordinary, but just solid, quick grilled dinner. Prepared well and served nicely. Service was friendly, and the lady taking the order really kind. We ate in and that was our main mistake, as the tablets were dirty, sticky, and stinky, so were the sitting benches. My advice: get the food and eat at home.

Ate in here recently with my three and six year old plus my friend and her baby and we were all pleased with the experience! I had a salmon salad as I’m trying to make healthier choices and was so impressed with how fresh and delicious it was, as let’s be honest, most fast food places the salads are terrible.

The service was friendly, the food was tasty and all cooked fresh and my children loved the milkshakes. My friend said her burger was delicious. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Ordered from them from Uber eats and they forgot my chips, tried getting in contact and nothing, they didn’t answer the phone either.

Thought ok fine, tried them again few months later for a staple to be in the food that we’re eating, disgusting. And no, that wasn’t from the bag itself as it was in one of the boxes containing the food.

Sort this out.

Food is really tasty here, food alone worth 4.5 stars, but chicken wings a little on the small side. Some till staff are more knowledgeable than others. Overall a great place to eat for a quick bite
