11 April 2024 at 01:01This is a great place and totally underrated for the kind of service, atmosphere, food quality and ambience they provide. This is a regular place for us and a hidden gem that we found out just be coincidence. Everything is always spot on when it comes to service, food, drinks, ambience and is our go-to place for all things hanging out. Families and couples visit this place a lot as well and everyone is made to feel really welcome. Would highly recommend this place and will keep visiting them considering how amazing their quality is.

2 March 2024 at 23:46We ordered 9 drinks in total & was told the wait would be 15 minutes, wait was 45 minutes & I asked one of the staff (girl wearing glasses) nicely how long do you think it will be she responded in a really rude manner and said as you can see we are really busy at the moment. I was taken aback from her response as I didn’t ask in a rude manner and we waited patiently for a long time. She made sarcastic comments and snatched the receipt off my hand. The man working there, who I believe is the manager was really nice on the other hand, and apologised for the wait and his service and customer service was amazing. There’s a way of speaking to customers and the girl here was really blunt and harsh. Drinks were nice but please be kind to your customers! Especially those who are making big orders from you guys.

20 May 2023 at 22:28Loved the pink tea ( first time trying it), not sickly sweet, very nice. My kids ordered the milkshake and drink. Really nice, they both enjoyed it. Great customer service and fast, can’t fault anything. Thank you
