In this privacy policy, when the words “we”, “us” or “our” is used, it is in reference to We Support Peace but also WSP Web Ltd. The aim of this policy is to outline why and how we collect data and use personal data, along with providing information about individuals’ rights. It applies to personal data provided to us by both the individuals themselves or by others. We may use the personal data provided for the purposes described within this privacy policy, or as made clear at the time of collecting the personal data.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. We seek to be as transparent as possible with what data we collect, and what we do with the data we have collected. We process/use the personal data for numerous purposes, and the means of collection, lawful basis of processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods for each purpose are set out in the relevant sections below.

The personal data that is provided is done either directly from the individual that is concerned or from a third party acting on behalf of the individual. If the information is received from a third party, then we request that the individual whom the information relates to is notified about their data being used in line with our privacy policy. We take the security of the personal data we hold very seriously, and ensure that any persons responsible for managing the data are trained adequately on the importance and implementation of data protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data. Who are WSP Web Ltd?

WSP Web Ltd is a registered company in the United Kingdom with the aim of creating a business directory which allows consumers to see businesses who we know are actively donating to a charitable cause every month through us. WSP Web Ltd identifies nations which have been struck with conflict, and as a result, the civilians are being impacted with their quality of life due to aspects such as, but not limited to: displacement, lack of food, lack of nutrition, lack of healthcare, lack of necessities, etc. WSP Web Ltd is committed to donating 100% of profits to the countries that our businesses choose when signing up. We want to create a system which allows consumers to know how businesses use the money they receive, but also, to encourage businesses to help make the world a better place.

Your rights over your own personal data

Information that you have provided with may include, but is not limited to: name, company, email address, position at company, address, phone number, personal preferences, choices, financial information, credit/debit card information, etc.

When may we collect information from third party sources?

  • If we are allowed to send you marketing materials, we may use sources in the public domain to check your details are accurate and up-to-date.

When may we share personal data with organisations?

  • With law enforcement, if we receive a valid instruction we may choose to share the data at our discretion
  • If you register for one of our events, we may be required to share personal data with the organisers for various reasons such as health and safety

How long is data held for?

In line with legislation, we retain personal data processed by us for as long as is deemed necessary by us for the purpose(s) for which it was collected. We may hold your data for longer than this if it is required for legal purposes

Storage of data

Data is stored by us on a secure server. Payments are processed securely using Stripe to provide greater security when making payments for your listings online. When registering for our website,

you are to create a password. We give you an idea as to the strength of your password but you can choose to ignore this, but this is done at your own risk. Protection of your account through passwords is your responsibility and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Passwords should not be shared and therefore we ask you to avoid doing so.

Changes to our privacy policy

We regularly review our privacy policy and place any updates on this page. We may add, remove, edit sections from our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with the privacy policy.

Complaints and queries

If you have any complaints or queries in regard to the processing of your personal data. Please contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ section in the website.

If you are not happy with how your complaint is dealt with, you should contact the UK data protection authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can also make any complaints directly to the ICO, however, they may advise to contact us first and see if the matter can be resolved in that manner.
